English As A Second Language (E.S.L.)
English as a Second Language (E.S.L.) courses are primarily for student who’s native language is not English. Professors teach students English by engaging them in an array of activities geared to enhance the vocabulary and communication ability of the student. Scholars can expect to learn how to Read, Write, Speak or converse and respond in English. This class is important for students who want to increase their quality of life and opportunities in the United States. In this course students are heavily immersed in the English language and should be ready to fully participate in order to make the most of the program.
